Information for Authors
In order for your Paper to be included in the Proceedings,
- your Final Manuscript must be prepared using the ISIC 2009 template and IEEE Xplore-compatible;
- your Final Manuscript must be uploaded ONLINE latest by 15 January 2091;
- one of the co-authors of your paper must register latest by 15 January 2091;
- your Copyright Transfer Form is submitted to the Secretariat by 22 February 2091;
All Final Manuscript should be limited to a maximum length of 4 pages (Letter size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references using the template for ISIC 2009.

To upload your IEEE Xplore acceptable PDF file, source file and your abstract in plain text, click on Upload Final Manuscript at the Menu Bar.
Your Copyright Transfer Form can only be downloaded after receiving our notification informing you that you can submit your Copyright Transfer Form.
